Alex James

Best known for playing bass in Blur, Alex James is also a food writer for The Sun, The Sunday Telegraph and Esquire Magazine. Alex also makes his own artisanal cheese on his farm in Oxfordshire. He secretly thins that his years in the food industry will make him a Battlechefs champion.
Jenny Eclair

Best known for being a successful comedienne, Jenny Eclair has faced the Bush Tucker Trial on I'm a Celebrity and gained some skills on Celebrity Masterchef. She might not feel comfortable in the kitchen, but her tenacity and vivacious personality will see her step up to the mark.
Jason Gardiner

Best known for judging Dance on Ice, Born to Shine and Stepping out, Jason Gardiner is an accomplished baker and counts red velvet cake and gingerbread as part of his extensive repertoire. Used to being a critic himself, Jason will be pulling out all of the stops!
Greg Rutherford

This adventurous athlete actually aspired to be a chef in his younger years and still regularly cooks for his friends and family. Unafraid of trying new things in the kitchen, Greg is also creating new gluten free recipes whilst encouraging his son, Milo, to be excited about food. His passion for baking and creative flair means he's striving to jump to the finish.
Sam Bailey

Non-native to the kitchen environment, Sam cooks with more enthusiasm than skill. Her busy schedule (after winning The X Factor in 2013) means that she relies on ready-meals, but her sheer determination makes her a force to be reckoned with.
Keith Duffy

Boyzone fans at the ready! Keith dishes up hearty curries and chillies for the lads and feels very confident in the kitchen. He's recently worked at a friend's restaurant to pick up some additional culinary skills to stay ahead of the competition.
JB Gill

Coming from a food-obsessed family, JB from boyband JLS is a passionate and confident cook. He owns his own turkey farm in Kent and cooks fresh, hearty meals for his wife and son every day. Never one to shy away from a little competition, JB is focused, dedicated and driven.
John Partridge

Known for his dancing, choreographing and EastEnders, John is a serious cook and loves to impress his friends at dinner parties. He even makes his own pizza dough on a casual Friday night in. He's looking forward to improving upon his skills whilst impressing the nation.
Susannah Constantine

Susannah has a self-confessed obsession with food, but Susannah is keen to learn new skills whilst impressing the other contestants with her extensive knowledge. She's a stickler for detail and her eye for composition means that she's a top contender for best-dressed dish.
Debra Stephenson

Former Coronation Street star, Debra is a formidable foodie and this isn't the first cookery show she has graced with her presence. She recently put her skills on display on ITV's Lorraine, creating dishes included in her 28-day Bikini Diet plan. Her expert culinary skills mean she's one to watch throughout the competition!
