As the FBI closes in on the kidnappers' location a worried Gibson decides to buy more time by setting the next parent mission into motion. Mrs. Liao, a Colonel in the Chinese foreign intelligence service receives 'the call? and is given strict instructions. She's sure that what she's been asked to do will start a war, but she's intent on saving her son. Meanwhile, Finley and Dunn brief the President on Gibson and his involvement in the secret CIA death squads.
