Series 3 - weeknights at 8pm from Monday 22nd January
Using cameras mounted inside a West Midlands Ambulance Service vehicle, as well as on the team members themselves, this UKTV Original documentary series gives a unique perspective of the nation's first response emergency workers.
The show also captures how they cope with the life and death situations they deal with on a daily basis, as well the friendships they forge during the lighter moments of working with the great British public.
In the third series, our plucky paramedics encounter a diverse array of people needing their help including a man who's struggling to breathe after injecting himself, an 83-year-old who's tripped over at his own birthday party, a young girl who's cut her head badly but doesn't want to be treated and a father who's desperate to be well enough for his daughter's wedding.
Meanwhile, in the down time, crew members chat in the cab about everything from mankinis, hand modelling and favourite crisps to taking Viagra for travel sickness, their worst-ever patients and whether ambulances can be haunted (!)
