The Roux Family's annual search for the next star chef is one of the most famous cooking competitions in the world.

Now for the first time, you'll be able to watch every step of The Roux Scholarship 2013 as it celebrates its 30th year.

Michel, Albert, Michel Jr and Alain Roux will be helped by some of the most famous names in cooking; Raymond Blanc, James Martin, Rick Stein, Brian Turner and many more.

Over two weeks of unmissable TV, 18 contestants will will be followed as they try their best to impress and win the life-changing prize of a three month apprenticeship at any three star Michelin restaurant in the world.

To be in with a chance of being crowned 2013's Roux Scholar, the chefs will cook dishes at celebrity masterclasses and then serve up their best dishes at the finals in London. Only six will make it through to the final round.

The lucky finalists will face the even tougher task of cooking as a team under the guidance of the Roux family to produce meals for some very exacting diners. They will then have to cook their hearts out once more to meet the tough task of impressing all of the judges with their final challenge recipe.
