Before starting at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel, Dion worked at Carden Park Resort, where he learned most of what he knows today. His former head chef, Graham Tinsley, is now a role model to Dion.
In the Family
Dion has followed in his mother's footsteps by becoming a chef. She has been in the industry for as long as he can remember.
Dion is engaged and planning to marry sometime in 2014. He has two small dogs that he loves walking in his local area.
The Semi Final Dish
Pan fried stone bass, squid done two ways (one pan fried, tentacles deep fried). Kept simple and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon, served with potato and leek garnish.
