Kyle has recently moved to La Trompette with his head chef Rob, who he has worked with for three and a half years. He's been promoted to Sous Chef which is a great achievement at only 26.
Roux Scholarship History
Kyle first entered the competition as a demi chef de partie at 22-years-old and got straight through to the semi-finals. This is his third year in a row to make it past the paper judging rounds and he is determined to get to the final this year.
